If any part of your elevator telephone(s) product fails at any time during your lifetime due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or, at our option, replace the defective emergency telephone as long as Mylinkline Communications provides the monthly monitoring service for the telephone (excluding back-up batteries). Our service teams provide on site repair or replacement warranty for the life of the monitoring & service agreement. We specialize in emergency telephones and can quickly troubleshoot problems and guarantee to fix your telephones in a timely matter.
