Return Policy

Merchandise purchased online through MyLinkLine.com, which meets the return guidelines may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a Return Authorization (“RA”). Please Call 800-862-4001

To obtain an RA, Please Call 800-862-4001. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed. An RA is good for 10 days.

Please note you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns unless otherwise indicated.

If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept the return of the product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. The purchase price (less any applicable open box fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like-new condition in conformity with this policy. Nondefective products returned will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

No refunds will be issued for mailing or contact or marketing material ordered from this site. If you choose to return your phone purchase from AlertLine Inc, please understand that it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to cancel any service contract that has been established. Alertline Inc. is not responsible for contacting the carrier regarding canceling or changing your service plan.

We are unable to refund any purchase from the MyLinkLine.com site from the time your order is placed until your product is received by you.
